Your availability determines the amount of work (in audio minutes) you will be assigned for the week.
Please submit your availability by 12:00 PM (MST) on the Saturday prior to the week you wish to receive work. Work will be auto-assigned throughout the day prior to each day you have requested minutes.
You are always welcome to adjust your availability as needed during the week. Keep in mind the amount of work available may vary per week/month and all efforts will be made to send work based on your availability. When there is an influx of transcript requests for a day or week, we may ask if you have any excess capacity to take on more assignments, sometimes assigning work that will cover more than one day of requested minutes.
