How to turn off the hanging indent
You may get a request to turn off the hanging indent. To do this, you’ll need to:
- Place cursor at the beginning of the second line
- Go to Format > Paragraph by right clicking or from the menu bar in MS Word
- Under Indentation, use the Special pull-down menu to select “None"
If you need to turn the hanging indent “on” or edit the size of the indent, the above steps will take you to the window where you can make these changes.
