Payments take up to 48 hours to be processed after submitting the invoices and up to 5 business days for the money to arrive in your bank account.

Payment of tickets completed during the trial period (U.S only).

Payment for the tickets completed during the trial period will be by paper check. The check will be sent to the mailing address provided in the business agreement. After successfully receiving this payment, the method of payment switches to an ACH direct deposit to the bank account provided. If you prefer to keep your payment method as check, please notify our staff by sending an email to landmarksupport@thelai.com.

Foreign Contractors

Direct deposit is now available for our contractors located overseas via WISE. Please request the Direct Entry form from landmarksupport@thelai.com.

📮Updating your payment method or bank account information

If you desire to change your payment method or update your bank account information, please contact our Landmark Support team (landmarksupport@thelai.com) to receive a new ACH/Direct Entry form.
