Review your Feedback

Your tickets will be periodically sent to proofing and you’ll receive feedback based on your progress. It is very important for us to keep working together and improving to achieve the best quality possible. We are a team!

To review your feedback, follow this step-by-step guide.

1. Login to your portal

Click on the "Feedback" tab at the top of the page

2. Go to your Feedback Overview

Under view, select “All Feedback” and click “Go”. Make sure you’re looking for the most recently created feedback.

Look for the most recent feedback on the list and click on the feedback name.

3. Download your Feedback redlined version

Click on “Download File” to download the redlined version of the transcript.

4. Open the redlined version and review your Feedback

  • Remember the redlined version is only available for 7 days. After that, it is deleted but the feedback and notes will still be available.
