To review your feedback, follow this step-by-step guide.
1. Login to your portal
Click on the "Feedback" tab at the top of the page
2. Go to your Feedback Overview
Look for the most recent feedback, select it and click on View Feedback Details.
3. Download your Feedback redlined version
Click on “Download Revised Copy” to download the redlined version of the transcript.
4. Open the redlined version and review your Feedback
- Remember the redlined version is only available for 7 days. After that, it is deleted but the feedback and notes will still be available.
