Title the document using the transcript name as it appears on the ticket assignment. Do not use the name of the audio file.
You may notice that the audio file name and the transcript name are the same, in that case, you will still use the transcript name.
Special Characters in Document Title
You may not be able to use certain special characters or strings of characters ( ex. &, #, / ) to name a document due to MS Word rules. In this case, omit those characters and/or make the necessary changes to the document title.
