- Click on the plus sign (+) next to āSupportā in the workspace located at the left of the home page.
- Select the related ticket from the pick list.
- Select the reason for the support request from the pick list.
- Describe the issue in the text box.
- Submit request.
To check the responses to your ticket supports
- Click on āSupportā in the workspace located at the left of the home page.
- Ticket supports will be sorted by open and resolved.
- Select the ticket support you want to review and click on āView Support Detailsā.
