How to Create a Ticket Support

From the Ticket:

  1. Click on one of the following buttons:
    1. Request Rate Adjustment
    2. Need Help?
    3. Create Support Message
  2. Select the Issue Type
  3. Briefly explain your issue in the Description field
  4. Confirm

From the Dashboard:

  1. Click on the Help tab at the top of the page
  2. Select Create New Help
  3. Enter the Ticket Number, Reason and Description
  4. Save
