How to Create a Ticket Support

  1. Click on the plus sign (+) next to “Support” in the workspace located at the left of the home page.
  2. Select the related ticket from the pick list.
  3. Select the reason for the support request from the pick list.
  4. Describe the issue in the text box.
  5. Submit request.

To check the responses to your ticket supports

  1. Click on “Support” in the workspace located at the left of the home page.
  2. Ticket supports will be sorted by open and resolved.
  3. Select the ticket support you want to review and click on “View Support Details”.
