Accepting or Rejecting a Ticket

For every ticket assignment, you must choose to accept or reject. We recommended you review the audio, instructions and requirements before making your decision.

After receiving a new ticket, you have to properly accept or reject it. In case the ticket hasn't been accepted within 12 hours, you'll receive an email from our team to confirm whether you'd like to work on the ticket or not.It's not necessary to reply to the email but we encourage you to accept or reject the ticket directly from the portal after receiving the email. If the ticket hasn't been accepted or rejected after 12 hours, the ticket will be automatically removed from your queue.
