The standard format has a hanging indent set to 1.5”.
Retain the 1.5” hanging indent regardless of speaker labels (Interviewer/Interviewee, I/P, etc.).

What is a hanging indent?
Also known as a “hanging paragraph,” it’s a paragraph that has all lines but the first indented. The standard template will automatically have the hanging indent on and set to 1.5”.
Go to “Paragraph” settings and make sure it is set as shown below:
